lack of interchange facilities at existing station
demolition of heritage listed buildings
impacts on Box Hills Gardens for a considerable period of time
significant impact on the functioning of the Box Hill Metropolitan Activity Centre
detrimental amount of vegetation removal
proposed new cycling path does not link to existing and proposed cycling paths
property acquisition causing tremendous stress for residents and business owners
