Suburban Rail Loop Planning Forum

Our Association held an in-depth discussion with independent planning experts Michael Buxton (Emeritus Professor Environment and Planning at RMIT University) and Marianne Richards (President of the Town and Country Planning Association) on the challenges and impacts of the Suburban Rail Loop on the Mont Albert and Surrey Hills communities.

Projects such as the Suburban Rail Loop give unprecedented planning powers to the state government with councils and residents sidelined.
