Level Crossing Removal Project - Update #2

We circulated an update on the project in early August. Since then the LXRP has made some favourable design changes, which we note in the attached flyer.

However there are still fundamental problems around accessibility, connections, local street amenity, car parking, bus linkages, traffic management and the unnecessary destruction of trees and open space.

The attached flyer summarises those key issues that we believe still mar this project.

We will keep you posted over the coming months as we continue to advocate directly to the Government on these issues. We also invite you to independently continue to make your views known to the authorities.
